Who are we?

We are Licensed Virginia Class A contractors operating out of New Market Virginia and serving the
Shenandoah Valley.  We officially started into business in April of 2005, and started full time operations in
January of 2006.

What do we do?

We do Residential and Light Commercial new construction and remodeling.  Bring your own plans and we
can give you a price.  Or we can custom design a project to meet your needs.

Little's Construction LLC began our first project in January of 2006.  Although we only started recently our
managers have the education and experience necessary to complete any sized projects.

Our goal is a sustainable steady growth.  Currently there are three people being employed full time.  They
are Phillip Little the Managing Partner, Nathan Walker, and Jeff Johnson Carpenters.  James Little is also a
partner and manager but participates in mainly a managerial role.
